Victoria Place is Howard Hughes' seventh tower in Ward Village, Kakaako - a 60-acre master planned community located in the urban core of Honolulu. This 400 foot front row Ultra-Luxury building has a 64,105 sq ft recreation deck and is designed by Chicago-based firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz who also designed Anaha and Aalii at Ward Village. Victoria Place replaces the once slated Gateway Towers designed by Architect Richard Meyer which would have been a twin tower building between Waiea and Launiu along Ala Moana Blvd. One unique feature is that Victoria Place currently has no commercial retail spaces like Ward Village's last 6 buildings. This building pays homage to Victoria Ward's legacy who at one point owned approximately 100 acres stretching from Thomas Square to the ocean in 1870. Victoria Place Floor Plate

The floor plate for Victoria Place is the same throughout the building from floors 6-40 (with the exception of any combination units). There are 2 vestibules and if you look closely, 2 elevators will serve the front 4 units, and 2 elevators will serve the back 6 units. There is also a freight elevator and trash shoot in the middle. Victoria Place does not have any lanais but has approximately 12ft wide juliette balcony windows that will open up to allow the breeze to come in as if you were on an actual lanai. This way you get to enjoy the lanai feeling without having to clean or worry about your lanai getting dirty. The combination units will be the front 00 and 01 stack or the 00 and 02 stack on the front/diamond head side of the building.

Victoria Place Unit Features

Victoria Place features jut-outs in the building to allow for more view planes from the inside of your home. Initially there was an option to mix and match different color schemes for the kitchen and bathroom. You could choose from either a light or dark kitchen and a light or dark bathroom. Owners may also mix and match so that they have a light kitchen and a dark bathroom (or vice versa). Kitchens feature Sub Zero appliances, Wolf Gas Range and appliances, Studio Becker cabinets, and custom quartzite islands and counter tops. Bathrooms feature marble vanities and a mix of wood and glass cabinets. 

Victoria Place Amenities

No expenses were spared when it comes to amenities. Victoria Place will has every amenity you can dream of. Victoria Place is located at 1100 Ala Moana Blvd and is located next to Waiea and the front portion of Victoria Ward Park.
